How does it work?

5 Step Process

1. Survey – we will work with our client to assess the needs of the premises
2. Prepare – prepare the property for the disinfection process
3. Disinfect – using fogging machine that has bio detergent which is effective against COVID-19 and other viruses and bacteria
4. Wait – Disinfectant requires to be left for at least 60 mins to effectively work and for the disinfectant to fully disperse
5. Protect – Premises is fully protected

The technician fills the tank of a fogging machine with a BS EN 1276 certified detergent which is dispersed into the air in the form of microscopic droplets. This way, all surfaces within the space, even the most secluded areas, are evenly disinfected. This specialist disinfection service is used for office and facility disinfection. However, the method is suitable for residential properties too and is becoming more and more popular amongst Landlords & Tenants.

All clients are advised to have their property cleaned prior to our disinfection fogging service.

After our service takes place all clients are advised to remain outside their premises for one hour. This service is not intended for any cleaning purposes and is strictly provided to kill any unwanted bacteria that may be present in your home/premises as well as leaving your home deeply disinfected.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The minimum PPE required to be worn for decontaminating an area where a possible or confirmed case has been includes a full protective body suit, face masks, disposable gloves and disposable overshoes. If a risk assessment of the setting indicates that a higher level of contamination may be present (for example where unwell individuals have slept such as a hotel room or boarding school dormitory) or there is visible contamination with body fluids, then the need for additional PPE such as a full-face visor will be considered. Most other settings where the person has spent shorter periods of time (such as a waiting room, office space, restaurants, gyms) are likely to have lower levels of contamination and therefore the risk of onward transmission of infection will be lower.
